About Us
Serria Aliiciia is a licensed Barber/Cosmetologist and Owner/President of Hair by Serria, a business offering hair solutions for all genders, cultures and lifestyles. Proficient in all hair types (with over 30 certifications), plus chemical hair treatments and design cutting phases, Serria believes healthy and well-styled grooming is an intricate reflection of who we are and instills greater confidence. Her goal is to bridge the gap between hair care segregation and create awareness and acceptance of diversity in a welcoming professional atmosphere. In addition to her salon in Neenah, Serria can be found volunteering in the Fox Valley community, providing hair services at transition homes, churches, and community events. She also offers mobile services for those who cannot leave their homes. In addition, she can schedule special workshops on braiding and cultural hair wear, and also offers her services for sponsored hair parties.
